We use dry rubs and regional woods to bring out the best flavor in all the meats we smoke.
Excellent flavors. The smoked turkey cowboy salad was my favorite, it's hard to find a place that does cowboy beans so well! I snuck a couple of my husbands burnt ends because they smelled fantastic and they didn't disappoint. Bottomless sweet tea in a take home cup was the final selling point for us. Can't wait to go back
Bad Brad's had one of the best brisket sandwiches I've had since being in Oklahoma!! Sides were great as well. I ordered with a few coworkers and we all can't wait to go again. I definitely recommend. Give them a try they won't disappoint and the customer device is great as well.
I LOVE this place! If you go in make sure to try the Oklahoma Twister, It's a it's a BBQ burrito, makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Or the pulled pork nachos!
We used Bad Brads to cater an event this past weekend. Not one person left with an empty stomach. The food was awesome and the staff was very helpful. They were able to help us when the original date was was postponed by holding on to our original order. 5 stars from us.
